Looking for something specific?
I have a newfound love, respect and desire to cook! It’s so refreshing and sensual to eat food you have prepared yourself. Somebody find me a cooking school QUICK! -For the cheap, ya know- I usually cook fish and chicken with a starch and a vegetable but this past week I wanted to try something different….SPANISH FOOD WEEK. So it only ended up being SPANISH FOOD DAY because the week got so busy but it was still successful. Above I give you arroz con pollo, classic Boricua dish that my mother walked me through step-by-step from the grocery store to the stove. Although I wanted her in the kitchen with me (we’re separated by hundreds of miles :( )…I felt her cuerpo en la cocina conmigo ;) And Diamonds enjoyed it as well…so he says, even though he didn’t want any for lunch the next day…s h a d y. But Churchbelle and BeezSteele ate it and no complaints. Food Network, holla at me, ya’ll need a Latina chef on the air *wink wink*
